The Palmer Park-based club sent 114 members to the capital city by coach.
A large number helped marshal the 26 mile 385 yard race through the city centre, with some situated at the 11-mile mark and others at the 23-mile point at the Tower of London.
The remainder then put on their trainers to compete in the famous race.
Reading Roadrunners welcome new members of all ages and abilities from the casual jogger to those interested in serious competition.
Newcomers are welcome to attend training sessions at Palmer Park Stadium in east Reading on Wednesday nights from 6.30pm onwards.
The first induction session is free of charge and the club is currently offering a further two free taster sessions on top for those interested in joining.
