Bristol Rovers boss Matt Taylor believes his side can capitalise on Reading's 'naivety' in tomorrow's clash at the Memorial Stadium.

The Gas sit 15th in League One, five points ahead of the Royals, and have not scored in their last six matches.

On Saturday, the Pirates lost 2-0 at home to Bolton Wanderers, the side who breezed past Reading 5-2 on Easter Monday.

Talking about the test poised by Ruben Selles' Royals, who still need points to guarantee survival in the third tier, former Rotherham boss Taylor commented: "They’re a strong squad, a very strong squad for the league, and not too dissimilar to Bolton today. Maybe they’ve struggled a bit, similar to ourselves, with naivety in their game and inconsistency. We’ve got to try and capitalise on that factor and be a bit more solid for longer in certain moments ourselves."

More than 1,300 Reading fans are making the trip down the M4, a first league meeting at the Memorial Stadium for over 20 years.

The two sides drew 1-1 at the SCL Stadium before Christmas, with former Royal Chris Martin bagging for the visitors.

Only four matches remain this season, with the next three all away from home.
