TWYFORD lost 78-68 (10-4 on points) to unbeaten Great Hollands in the Kennet League.
The club’s Kennet LV League side defeated Desborough A 50-41.
There were big wins for Barry Carter with Tony Turner and Mick Walker and for Nick Orde with Jim Turner and Paul Hynes.
Twyford beat Glory Mills 67-50 in a friendly with Orde claiming top rink honours along with Jenny Hynes and Neil Patchin.
Twyford defeated Farley Hill 124-65 in a friendly, with Carter, Turner and Debbie Boles shining.
- THREE Mile Cross defeated Suttons 14-0 on points in the Kennet League, while their KLV B team beat Caversham 10-0.
However, it was not enough for the B team to avoid relegation from Division Two.
The KLA team hammered Wokingham 10-0, but the ladies lost by the same margin to Reading in the Thames Valley League.
TMX won mixed friendlies against Yateley and Pangbourne, while the ladies lost to Hurst.
