A 32-year-old man has been charged with drug driving after a pedestrian was struck and killed in December on the A412 Uxbridge Road in George Green.
The 44-year-old pedestrian was on the carriageway at the time and was hit by at least one vehicle which failed to stop at the scene.
Rabiullah Rabi, of Hull Close, Slough, has been charged with one count of driving a motor vehicle with a controlled drug above the specified limit.
He is due to appear at Wycombe Magistrates' Court today, Friday.
The pedestrian died at the scene on December 11 last year.
