TRANSPORT police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was headbutted on a train on Monday.
The victim, a 15-year-old boy, was assaulted on the 4.09am service from Reading to London Waterloo.
He was attacked shortly before 4.30pm and both passengers left the train at Wokingham station.
A spokesman for British Transport Police said: “Officers are appealing for information following an assault on board a service between Reading and Waterloo.
“The call came into police at 4.31pm on Monday.
“A 15-year-old boy was headbutted by another passenger. Both left the service at Wokingham.
“Anyone with any information should contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016 citing reference 367 of 04/12.”
