A MOTHER of two has told of her horror after witnessing a car mount the curb and injure 11 people outside the Natural History Museum today.
Amy Philips, a 28 year-old from Berkshire, explained to the Daily Mail her shock at seeing the incident unfold.
Ms Philips was driving through towards Harrods with her son, and turned the car around after seeing people running away from the scene.
She said: “We just saw people running and screaming. I heard one woman shrieking "there's a terrorist, run, run".
“There were lots of Chinese tourists sprinting away and we heard one woman say it was just like the Barcelona terror attack.
“We managed to turn the car around but it was very scary”
The driver of the black Toyota Prius was arrested by police, who have determined that this was not a terrorist attack.
