STEPHEN MCGOVERN, 47, of Broadmoor Hospital, Crowthorne, guilty of assault by beating a man on September 9, 2016. He was ordered in his absence to pay £300 compensation and costs of £650.

ROBERTO RICCIARDI, 53, of Ploughlands, Bracknell, guilty of beating a woman in Binfield on January 12, 2017. He was discharged conditionally for 18 months, pay compensation of £50, pay victim services £30 and costs of £250. No restraining order was made as the woman was not at risk.

ALISON LAW, 43, of Wokingham Road, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a Citroen Saxo on M4 A33, Three Mile Cross on February 25, 2017. She was fined £120, pay victim services £30 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

JOE HILTON, 24, of Webb Close, Bracknell, admitted exceeding 30mph speed limit on Kings Road, Windsor on December 4, 2015. He was fined £100, pay victim services £30 and costs of £30.

ROMAN GRAD of Elizabeth Road, Wokingham was proved guilty in absence of failing to provide insurance for a motor vehicle. Fined £220, pay victim services £30 and costs of £200.

MICHAEL MORGAN, 30, of Kingsmere Road, Bracknell admitted using a colour TV without out a licence on August 3, 2016. He was fined £46, pay victim services £30 and costs of £50.

SHAIN MICHAEL STRUGNELL, 29, of Bay Road, Bracknell, admitted being in possession of cannabis/cannabis resin a controlled class B drug on August 13, 2016 at Woolhampton Way, Harmanswater, Bracknell. He was fined £150, pay victim services £30 and costs of £50.

GARY POOLE, 46, of Southwick Court, Bracknell, admitted driving whilst disqualified on A329 London Road, Bracknell on January 5, 2017. He must carry out unpaid work for 40 hours and six points was added to is licence. He also admitted using a Chevrolet Lacetti on A329 London Road on the same date without third party insurance. He was fined £400, pay victim services £85 and costs of £85.

BENJAMIN ADAMS, 41, of Hatch Ride Crowthorne, admitted driving a Volkswagen Polo on Old Wokingham Road without due care and attention on December 15, 2016. He was fined £400, pay costs of £85 and six points was added to his licence.
