Rixon, John Died 13 April peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer, bravely born. He will be greatly missed by his wife Shirley, sons Christopher and Peter and grandchildren Rupert, Charlie, Lily, Rosie and Ella and sister Ann. Private cremation. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at 3 pm on Friday 28 April at St Michael's Catholic Church, Sonning Common. No flowers but if desired donations in John's memory to The Sue Ryder Hospice, Nettlebed or the Berkshire Cancer Care Centre, Royal Berkshire Hospital may be made via www.memorygiving.com/johnrixon.
