Supporters' Trust at Reading [STAR] have revealed their exciting plans for 'Dia Del Jefe' on the final day of the season.

Following Saturday's 2-2 draw with Barnsley, and results falling favourably elsewhere, Reading have confirmed their safety in League One.

Battling adversity all year with points deductions, transfer bans, winding-up petitions and occasional time without pay, it is an achievement not to be scoffed at.

To show their appreciation to manager Ruben Selles, the Royals supporters have put on a number of Spanish-themed activities for the popular Spaniard.

'Dia Del Jefe' translates to 'Boss' Day' and will mark the unveiling of a large crowd-funded banner of the former Southampton manager.

In addition, a DJ has been booked to build the pre-match buzz in the FanZone. This can be washed down with some special themed 'El Jefe' beer from Renegade Brewery and a portion of Paella from street food company 'No Bull Paella.'

The club are already expecting a bumper crowd, with sales well ahead of average match-days, and a party atmosphere is expected to bring the curtain down on one of the most tumultuous seasons in the club's history.
