A first league meeting between rivals Reading and Oxford United for over 20 years will have to wait a little longer, as the match set for this month has been postponed.
A 4-3 win over the U's back in 2000 is the last league meeting between the Thames Valley outfits, with both sets of supporters eagerly anticipating the match at the SCL Stadium on Saturday, October 14.
However, due to the number of international call-ups for both sides, this will now be rearranged for a later date.
Liam Manning's men have started the season on imperious form, currently occupying an automatic promotion space.

This follows a meeting with Bristol Rovers being moved earlier in the season for the same reason, and November's meeting with Derby County is likely to receive a similar fate.
Giving the Royals 10 days off, after Saturday's trip to Leyton Orient the side will not be back in action until the trip to Charlton Athletic on Saturday, October 21.
