YET again, the local youth soccer programme fell victim to the bad weather last weekend with many pitches still waterlogged following the recent storms.

But FC Bracknell U8s Whites did manage to stretch their legs with a friendly against Bracknell Town.

Their player-of-the-match was Ollie Olatunde, while the coaches' player of the week was Ethan Fisher.

Both will be joining the Whites at U9 level for 7x7 games.

MAX Beard was the stand-out performer for Binfield Pumas Under 9s in their game with Teddington, while Oliver Pike took the honours in the game with Eldon Celtic.

Man-of-the-match Callum Knight scored a brilliant hat-trick for the U9 Chargers in their cup quarter-final with Procision Academy.

The excellent Tommy Spender also weighed in with a treble, while Jake Nickols and Elbie Churchill also got their names on the scoresheet.

ASCOT United Under 18 Royals were in tremendous form as they battered Calcot Royals 9-1.

Josh Smith and Lawson Jones got the goals as the U16 Youth side edged out Guildford Saints Lions 2-1, but Hugo South's effort was not enough for the U14 Youth in their 2-1 defeat to Walton Casuals Phoenix.

The U14 Sapphires drew 0-0 with Kew Park Rangers Blues, and Ascot United U13 Racing beat Hearts of Teddlothian Lions 4-2.
