SOUTH Berkshire men continued their perfect start to the MBBO Regional Two season with a convincing 6-2 victory at Milton Keynes 2nds, writes Richard Ashton.

Tom King bagged a brace and Jack Baveystock, Sam Fox-Harvey, Ravi Patel and Harrison Scott also got on the scoresheet as the visitors made it three wins from three to go two points clear at the top of the table.

David Breuilly and David McMillan netted for the basement side.

South Berkshire welcome Marlow 2nds to Cantley Park this coming Saturday (10.30am).

In Division Two, table-topping South Berkshire 2nds extended their 100 per cent record to four matches with a 3-1 home success against previously unbeaten Ramgarhia.

Kai Gordeno, Sean Hardingham and Mike Longson got the goals for the home side, with Prabjot Hunjan replying for Ramgarhia.

In Division Three, South Berkshire 3rds went down 2-1 at home to Milton Keynes 3rds, while in Division Seven, South Berkshire 4ths shared the spoils 3-3 in their game with Maidenhead Monarchs.

South Berkshire Terriers edged out Oxford Hawks 7ths 1-0 in Division Eight West thanks to a Tony Heaver strike six minutes from time.

South Berkshire ladies are still winless after four games of the Trysports Three Counties League Premier Division One campaign after they were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Oxford Hawks 3rds.

Megan Minton was on target for the visitors.

South Berkshire travel to the only side below them in the table – Maidenhead 2nds – this coming Saturday.

In Premier Division Two, South Berkshire 2nds were on the wrong end of a 6-0 drubbing at Phoenix & Ranelagh.

Holly Bentley and Bev Blackburn both bagged braces, with the other goals coming from Hannah White and Emily Whybrow.

Andrea Evans and Sarah Dodington were on target for South Berkshire 3rds as they shared the spoils in a 2-2 Division Two draw at Wycombe 3rds.

Annie Weddell and Lisa Britnell struck for the home side.

In Division Five, Dani Bertolino got the only goal of the game as South Berkshire 4ths edged out Aylesbury 3rds 1-0.
