Reading FC have unveiled their new kits ahead of the new Championship season.

The home strip consists of the iconic blue and white hoops, with red trim added to the bottom of the sleeves and the shirt itself. It will be complemented with blue shorts and blue socks which bear the crown from our crest on the calf.

The away strip this season is a slick all black and burgundy design, taking inspiration from the crown-themed mosaic pattern which forms part of the club’s brand identity, while our goalkeepers kit is all green - with all orange or all yellow options as second and third strips available to the goalkeepers in 2019-20.

All this season’s kits bear the ‘hero’ logo of our new Official Technical Partner, Macron. This is the first design presented to our fans by our Bologna-based suppliers who are set to produce kit and training wear for our men’s, women’s and Academy teams until the summer of 2022.

The men’s first team kit will also carry the branding of our new Principal Partner, Casumo, for the first time. And this season our women’s team will play in shirts with the logo of their new commercial partner, YLD, emblazoned on the front.

Our brand-new home strip will first be worn when José Gomes’ side take on Chelsea at Madejski Stadium this Sunday at 3pm.
