NORREYS won a high-scoring thriller at YMCA United in the Thames Valley Church League, coming from 3-2 down at half-time to edge home 6-5.
Jacob Potter bagged a brace, with Connor Cummings Luke Wheeler and Shaun Gray among the other goalscorers.
Kieran McClair scored twice for United, while also helping to set-up two others, with Harry Dickety (2) and Liam Harris also on target.
Barkham Athletic scored twice in the second half to inflict a 2-0 defeat on YMCA Newbury.
YM remain clear at the top, but can still be caught by Beacon Church, who have played four fewer games.
Last weekend, Camberley-based Beacon came from a goal down, scored by Olly Williams, to win 3-1 at home to Wycliffe Wanderers thanks to Andrew Stroud, Jon Duffy and Rich Lyons, all three set up by Dave Morgan.
Greyfriars fought back well to beat Wycliffe United 4-3 after trailing 2-1 at the interval. Dermot Johnson, with two, and Alasdair Carter netted for United.
Anton Maze scored Reading Saints' consolation goal in their 4-1 home defeat at the hands of Bethel United.
