FC Bracknell

THE all FC Bracknell Under 12s fixture ended with the Youths defeating the Colts 9-3.

They return to the top of the table thanks to hat-tricks from joint men-of-the-match Lewis Trevisani and Krisey, two goals by Louis Colwell and one from Callum Cobb.

For the Colts, Josh Bunce (2) and Amine Chihaoua found the net with Krishna Anup having a good game in goal despite the score.

In another U12s game, FCB lost 4-2 to Ascot United, their goals coming from Lewis Lynn and Frankie McCarthy with Franco Read their man-of-the-match.

Vincent Nyame and Louis Christophers netted for FCB U13s in their 2-2 draw with Finchampstead with Dominic Wall their star performer.

FCB U14s Youths maintained their winning run by defeating Windsor Youth Hawks 6-0. Kyle Buchler and Kyle Wallbanks struck in the first half and four goals followed in a 10-minute spell in the second half with Bojan Kostadinovska, man-of-the-match Nathan Collins and Leo Saunders (2) on target.

FCB U14s Colts made a promising start against AFC Caversham and, after going behind against the run of play, drew level through Harvey Heath, but then mistakes crept in, allowing their opponents to score four quick goals for a 5-1 half-time lead.

Heath pulled a goal back before title-favourites Caversham added two more goals and they also missed a penalty before sealing a 7-2 win. Heath shared FCB’s man-of-the-match award with Hali Antoni.

Last weekend saw three newly-qualified FCB referees in action – Under 15s trio Toren Wright, Adam Bailey and Arthur Glenister, who originally all started with the club at one of their soccer schools nine years ago.

Ascot United

A JAMES Smith double and goals from Jamie Horsnell, Thomas Madden and Franz Meyer helped Ascot United Under 18 Royals to a 5-2 win against AFC Charvil, and the U18 Allied side beat Bracknell Town 4-3.

The U18 Diamonds went down 2-1 to Caterham with Phoebe Goodley on target, but the U16 Youth beat Sheen Lions 4-1 on the back of a Jake Miles brace and Luke Frewin and Nathan Mulvaney strikes.

The U15 Hornets eased past FC Bracknell 5-0, while two goals from Josh Smith and further strikes from Lawson Jones, Harry White and Sam Evans helped the U15 Youth smash Cheam Sports 5-1.

Josh Andrews and Chalie Reuby netted for the U14 Royals, but they were beaten 3-2 by Purley Jubilee.

James Dunbar-Newman’s goal proved insufficient for the U13 Raiders as they went down 3-1 against Caversham AFC Foxes, but the U13 Chargers downed Purley Jubilee Lions 2-0.

The U13 Diamonds hammered KPR Blues 7-0, while a Seren Smith double and goals from Chloe Sykes and Ailsa Sheppard helped the U13 Sapphires ease past Claygate Royals 4-0.

A Leo Manhood strike earned the U12 Royals a share of the spoils in their 1-1 draw with Shinfield Rangers.

Bracknell Town

BRACKNELL Town Under 16s are through to the semi-finals of the Berks & Bucks Minor Cup after defeating Chalfont Wasps 2-1 with Will Day and Dan Baxter netting their goals.

And last weekend also saw the club’s U13s make progress in the B&B Sunday Cup by inflicting a 3-1 reverse on a very strong AFC Newbury, who had previously gone a long time unbeaten. Ethan Hill, Matteo Zizzi and Archie Fry were on target for BTFC, who will be away to Flackwell Heath in the quarter-finals.

In the Surrey Youth League Cup competitions, Rudy Steinborn-Busse and Lucas Jacobs both netted hat-tricks as BTFC Robins U10s slammed Staines 8-0, their other goals coming from Sam Lynskey and Lucas Dhaka.

But the Robins’ U11s went down 2-1 to Esher Wizards Blues in the quarter-finals of the cup, Tim Salaghisvilli getting their goal.

There was a treble for Milo Swanton and a brace for Nathan Bond as BTFC defeated Claygate 6-1 at U13s level, their other goal coming from Harry Dutson.

In an U9s game, BTFC edged home 5-4 against Spelthorne Sports Sky thanks to Jacob Parsons-Young, who scored twice, Ollie Collins, Omar Nashaat and Ben Paul.

BTFC U7s were involved in a high-scoring game against Sutton United, losing 9-5, with Healy Friday (3), Ayden Archer and Oliver Barden their scorers.

Bracknell Athletic

A WONDERFUL Owen Gigg hat-trick inspired Bracknell Athletic U16 Devils to a 5-0 trouncing of Yateley United Kingfishers, Ethan Brock and Yanni Drakos with the others.

Joint men-of-the-match for the Devils were Jakob Poole and Daniel Way.

Stand-out performer Albie Campbell netted for the U10 Razors and Joe Ferguson, Lewis Birchmore and Ellis Wells also scored against Twyford Comets.

Louis Poole starred for the U7 Tornadoes against Ascot United Racing, while goals from Fabio Vitagliano, Adam Mendham, Jake Carter and Jaydon Wahome inspired the U14 Youth to a 4-2 success at AFC Henley Hotspurs.

Defender Finlay Beasley was named man-of-the-match.
