IN the Bracknell Town & District Sunday Football League Premier Division, last season’s champions FC Fernhill continued their perfect start with two wins out of two to head the table after a 2-0 victory at FC Meta last weekend, writes Nicholas Carpenter.

Loveman United head Division One with three wins from three as they recorded a 3-0 victory at Berks County Sunday A with goals coming from Richard Ayres, Ryan Milward and Alfie Sparrow.

There was an inter-club battle as AFC Crowthorne Stiffs beat AFC Crowthorne Crows 6-0 in a feisty affair that saw a number of Crows players cautioned and Curtis Richardson dismissed.

Joao Jardim, Dean Sharp, Jason Ellary and a hat trick from John Mulholland did the damage for the Stiffs.

Jack Broome, Dan Cook and Will Simpson all found the net for Wokingham & Emmbrook as they were held 3-3 at Athletico Ascot.

With the majority of Division Two sides in county cup action, only two league games were played and Woodley Saints remain unbeaten and a point clear at the top as they won 5-2 at home to bottom side Bracknell Corinthians.

Golden Farmer Rangers Reserves are second after their 4-2 win at Ashridge Park Sunday. Benji Lawrence notched a hat-trick for Farmer to make it five goals in three games, while Nick Russell was also on target.

Bearwood Wanderers have also had a perfect start and lead Division Three after their third win of the season, this time defeating Winnersh Town 6-4 at home.

Braybrooke Athletic crushed Finchampstead Sunday A 8-1 and have also had a perfect start but have played a game less than the leaders. Ritchie Cohen was the star with five of Braybrooke’s goals, while Neil Blewitt hit a hat-trick.

Bracknell Saint-Germain remain undefeated, but were held to a 0-0 draw at home to Hope & Anchor, while Bracknell Royals beat Running Horse 2-1.

In Division Four, Silver Birch 1sts had nine different players on target as they hammered Bracknell Titans 15-0.

Max Pascoe and Callum Allen bagged four apiece, while Aiden Jackson, David Morgan, Alan Boxall, Bradley Gibson, Luke Callaghan, Jake Keohane and Lee Kilmartin were also on target. 

AFC Crowthorne Old Boys are still top despite losing 3-0 at Crownwood Dukes who had Richard Fern (2) and Mark Jalovy on target. FC Harmanswater and Bracknell Cavaliers Reserves drew 1-1.

In the Berks & Bucks County Cups, Crowthorne Inn made it into round two of the Intermediate Cup as they beat Purley 3-2.

Panthers Reserves are also through in the Junior Cup, beating Swans 6-0. Ashridge Park Royals won 3-0 at Maiden Place, Sandhurst FFC lost 8-2 to Microblast 17 and Woodley United lost 3-1 at home to Moore Close Manor.

Finally, in another all BTDSFL tie, 3M lost 2-0 at Silver Birch A.
