Osborne Property Services has been shortlisted for the Slough Business Support of the Year award.

The company in Heron Drive is Slough Borough Council’s repairs, maintenance and investment service partner. It has been nominated as part of the Slough Voluntary Sector Awards, for its support to charities in the borough and the amount of work experience and placements it offers students.

The company has just launched a year long campaign titled Gift, With Love to support the organisation Hestia which helps people suffering domestic abuse or similar crises.

It also helped organise the facelift of the HOME creative arts centre in the town, recovering 3965sq ft of walls and woodwork.

The winners of the Voluntary Service Award will be presented with their prize at a celebration dinner on Friday, November 15 at Heathrow and Windsor Marriott, Ditton Road, Langley.

Cllr Mohammed Nazir, Slough Borough Council cabinet member for housing and community safety, said: “Excellent work like this shows how partnerships are vital not only to provide services but to go above and beyond and leave a lasting legacy in the community."
