The saucy characters from the ultimate 1970s sitcom Are You Being Served will be strutting their naughty stuff at Colnbrook Village Hall next week.
The stage version of the legendary TV show is being performed by the village's home grown drama group CAST.
The plot concerns the assorted staff members of Grace Brothers Department Store who are sent off on an 'all expenses paid' holiday together while the store is being redecorated - only to find themselves in the middle of a revolution in Spain in the days when it was still a dictatorship.
Pompous Captain Peacock, brassy Miss Brahms, camp Mr Humphries and alcoholic pussy loving Mrs Slocombe find themselves at the centre of some farcical misunderstandings - involving a lobster dinner that comes to life, an exploding loo and a randy revolutionary who gets seriously confused when confronted by Mr Humphries in drag.
A pair of Union Jack pants also play a crucial role in the fun.
The show can be seen at Colnbrook Village Hall in Vicarage Way between Wednesday, July 3 and Saturday, July 6 at 7.45pm.
Tickets are available on 07894 579177 or at www.ticketsource.co.uk/cast-theatre-company
CAST donates money raised by its programmes and a raffle to two charities, Thames Hospice and Warfield Riding for the Disabled Association.
