Yoga can be relaxing wherever you practice it.
But members of Slough Senior Citizens Group found the perfect place - when they took to the beach at Bournemouth during a recent trip.
A total of 48 members enjoyed their trip to the seaside and were lucky enough to have picked day where the sun shone.
Their regular instructor Justine Clifford had already ensured they were all in good spirits and good health.
The group meets every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 11am and noon at Brook House in Chalvey where relaxation techniques and yoga are among the most popular attractions.
The group has already won the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service and founder Vijaya Gupta and his wife Ramesh both attended the Queen's Garden Party recently.
