A spokesman for Wokingham Borough Council said: "At present Wokingham Borough Council has taken the difficult decision to temporarily close all of its libraries.
"A large number of online library services are still available, including ebooks, emagazines, enewspapers and audiobooks. All can be found on our website.
We are exploring whether there are different ways to make our library services safely available to people and we will communicate any changes on our website and social media pages.
