SOME of the most expensive and cheapest streets in Bracknell has been revealed.

Bracknell is a highly desirable town to live in with an attractive town centre and beautiful parks and forests.

However, if you're looking to move into the area, you may want to know where the most and least expensive roads are to live in.

Quick buying company Property Solvers has tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry sine 2015 to see where the highest and lowest priced homes are in the borough.

Most expensive:

  • Hawthorn Hill, Warfield - £1,695,666
  • Gibbins Lane, Warfield - £1,076,666
  • London Road, Binfield - £752,222
  • Goughs Lane, Bracknell - £743,150
  • Forest Road, Hayley Green - £717,500

Least Expensive:

  • Cardew Court, Bracknell - £123,975
  • Mount Lane, Bracknell - £131,666
  • Abercrombie Mews, Bracknell - £131,833
  • Mount Lane, Bracknell - £133,243
  • Boxford Ridge, Bracknell - £138,300

James Durr and Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founders at Property Solvers, said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”

“It’s therefore worth noting a 5-bed detached property on Malt Hill in Warfield sold for £1.97 million in July 2019.

"Another detached property on Bracknell Road in Brock Hill sold for £1.7 million in April 2017. There were also a number of other sales over the £1 million mark.”

“At the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £124,000 and under on Huntsgreen Court in Bracknell (RG12) and Hawkswood House in Moordale (RG42),”.
