CHILDREN across Bracknell and Reading have been brightening the moods of passers-by after making and displaying rainbow artwork, showing friendliness while social distancing.

Children of all ages have been getting creative with their rainbow artworks, using a whole range of artistic mediums from paint to oil pastels, all in the name of "spreading joy and positivity in these unsettling times."

The trend started online around the same time Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that government were to close schools across the UK to all students, except the children of key workers.

If you see any rainbow artwork in your local area, why not send a photo of it to us, where we will share it with all of our readers!
