Car breakdown on M4 causes delays
A CAR brekadown on the M4 this morning has led to delays.
The incident had caused a lane closue on the motorway approaching Theale, by Junction 11.
Highways England announced just after midday that the vehicle has been recovered and the scene is now all clear.
