A BENCH dedicated to celebrating 100 years of women's justice and fellowship was officially revealed to the public.
Members from the Binfield Women's Institute (WI) proudly cut the ribbon to to their new centenary bench on January 24.

The bench is located opposite Binfield's Foxes Den cafe, which helped fundraise for the addition in 2018.
Marjorie Webber, Mavis Ackling and Margaret Cardrick presented the bench, along with President of the WI Linda Willcocks.
The WI was formed in 1915 to revitalise rural communities and encourage women to become more involved in producing food during the First World War.
A couple of years later, it has become the largest voluntary women's organisation in the UK and the ladies in Binfield to this day, meet in the memorial hall to discuss topics surrounding everyday life.

The group is still thriving with a large membership and gives members plenty of activities during the year.
Now they have a bench to sit on and chat with friends and look forward to the next 100years.
