WOKINGHAM’S new cinema opened its doors last night and readers have been excited to see what it's all about.

Everyman Cinema’s boutique venue is on Elms Road showed the latest films on three different screens tonight with eager filmgoers queuing to get in.

After we took a sneak peek inside, readers gave their reactions ahead of trying out the cinema and so far people have been 'excited to try it!'.

Residents have been eyeing up the menu, with one person saying "there's cheeseburgers, we have to try this".

And others saying that the new cinema is "perfect for date nights".

However, some readers have said that it is slightly pricey for the cinema with tickets costing more than £10.

One person said: "I am not sure on this as adults are £14.30 each."

If you're looking for somewhere that is a bit different to your usual cinema date.

Movie-goers will be able to watch the flicks on comfy seating and sofas after taking advantage of the venue’s bar and lounge space.

Luxury decor and nostalgic wallpaper compliments neon signs and a vintage feel inside the new entertainment hotspot.

Everyman’s menu includes a variety of loaded cheeseburgers and make-your-own sundaes.
