Six new flats in Crowthorne (planning reference:19/01011/PAC)

Local Berkshire:

Manhattan House, on Crowthorne High Street, is the current base of Lloyds Pharmacy and office space.

The offices could make way for six new studio flats if developers get prior permission from planning bosses to change the use of the site from workspace to living space.

Local Berkshire:

All six of the new homes would be one-bedroom spaces added over three floors of Manhattan House.

Two new homes in Winkfield (19/00979/FUL)

Local Berkshire:

Developers are hoping to add these new homes at Popeswood Garage, North Street, Winkfield.

A similar proposal was refused by Bracknell Forest planning chiefs in June despite widespread support from neighbours as it would have meant building on green belt land.

Local Berkshire:

Residents wanted to see the new homes replace a ‘shabby’ and ‘run-down’ vacant garage.

New car parking spaces in Sandhurst (19/00991/3)

Local Berkshire:

Grassy areas at Millins Close in Owlsmoor are the subject of this application.

Developers want to build thirteen car parking spaces at the site.

Local Berkshire:

The new spaces would be spread around Millins Close.

An outdoor riding arena in Warfield (19/00938/FUL)

Local Berkshire:

Applicants withdrew plans to replace a paddock with a new riding arena earlier this month.

Bosses at Buckle Lane Farm have brought the plans back this week, hoping planning chiefs will say yes to their proposal.

Local Berkshire:

The arena, which would measure 20 metres by 40 metres, would be an all-weather surface riding arena for horse riders to practice in.

Addition of a monopole in Winkfield (19/01010/RTD)

Local Berkshire:

This same application was submitted back in October.

Applicants want to add a monopole which would be 20 metres high with three antennas and two microwave dishes.

Local Berkshire:

If approved, it would be installed on land next to Cranbourne Chase, North Street in Winkfield.
