Artist Sherree Valentine Daines will be having a solo exhibition at Claredon Fine Art in Marlow this coming Saturday (November 23).

Sherree paints modern impressionist art, much of which has been shown at prestigious galleries such as the Tate Gallery, the Barbican, and the Lord’s Museum.

Sherree said of her work: “My work is quite traditional, figurative, and many remark that my work often reminds them of their childhood and other happy times.”

She’s a favourite with many celebrity collectors including members of the British Royal Family, Sir John Major and Sir Ranulph Fiennes.

The artist is involved in much charity work, recently completing a portrait of Rick Stein to raise money for the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust.

Of her exhibition in Marlow Sherree said: “I love Marlow, the shops, the river, such a beautiful town, so it’s a pleasure to visit the town with my friends at Clarendon Fine Art.

“I love chatting to my fans, collectors and those that are new to my work, so it will be lovely to chat in person.

“I'm happy to answer any questions and hope to speak to everyone. In turn, they will hopefully enjoy their visit!”

The exhibition will be at Claredon Fine Art in Marlow from 3-5pm this Saturday, tickets are free and you can register for the guest list online by clicking here.
