A BUSINESS park in Reading has been put on the market and is selling for around £130 million.
Home to Verizon, Reading International Business Park (RIBP) is situated next to J11 of the M4 and is being marketed by Savills.

The 400,000 sq ft building is owned by DWS, part of Deutsche Bank, and there is around 190,000 sq ft of vacant space available, according to the property website Thames Tap.

Current tenants include Kensington Mortgages, CyberSource and Ericsson.
Savills has been approached for comment.
