A MINUTES silence was held to remember honourable veterans at a white collar boxing event on Saturday (November 2).
Boxing for Veterans hosted a special Remembrance event at Bracknell Leisure Centre to raise funds for the veterans.
White collar boxers went head-to-head with ex-armed forces fighters to raise money for a variety of military charities.

The aim of the boxing event was to remind residents of the continuous funding that is needed to help veterans who may be homeless and need support.
The event started at 6pm with a light laser show, a DJ, auction and a raffle with prizes to be won.
Families were also encouraged to make a donation and submit a photo on the Boxing for Veterans website online, which was used in an onscreen video during the minutes silence.
Proceeds from the event will support Helping Homeless Veterans UK charity, where various boxers ask friends and family to donate at the events.
Clinton Montague, co-founder of Boxing for Veterans, said: "The government is not taking enough care over our veterans so we are trying to put them at the forefront of our minds.

So far the team have raised £9,000.
