A TERRIFIED mother felt helpless after her four-year-old daughter's hand got trapped in a lift on Saturday (October 12).
The mum, who wishes to remain anonymous, thanked shoppers on a Facebook group for their kind support during the ordeal.
The girl suffered cuts and bruising to her fingers after it got stuck in the lift door.
Bracknell News contacted The Lexicon to find out what happened.
A spokesman said: “We were sorry to learn that there was an incident with one of the lifts in The Lexicon on Saturday.
"We have contacted the person involved so we can investigate further.
“Our management suite isn’t manned 24/7 but there is a contact number displayed on the door, which is answered by our on-site control team.”
