A hotel manager has been fined over £4,700 after he paid a 'man in a cafe' to deposit his waste, which was subsequently fly-tipped.
The waste was found in Iver Heath in August 2018.
It is understood that the hotel manager from Hillingdon paid a man in a cafe £280 to dispose of the waste without making any checks.
Earlier today, he was fined £4,770 for failing in his waste duty of care.
