New research has revealed that Slough is the most expensive place outside London for renters to insure the contents of their home.
The research by MoneySuperMarket - a British price comparison website-based business specialising in financial services - reveals that the average annual contents insurance premium for people renting their homes in Slough is £74.20 while the UK wide average is £63.
Manchester comes second to Slough with an average charge of £70.55.
