PEOPLE living with long term health conditions can take part in a unique exercise programme tailored to help reduce symptoms and boost mental health.

Wokingham Borough Council is running its national Sport England campaign, 'We are Undefeatable' to help residents from suffering.

The campaign raises awareness of the importance physical activity can have on the body, improving mental health and reducing the impact and severity of symptoms.
