It will begin with stalls demonstrating the work of the East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group in the Castle Suite from 1.30pm to 2.30pm with the formal business of the meeting happening from 2.30pm to 4pm.

People who attend the meeting will be able to ask questions if they are emailed in advance to Eastberksccg.enquiries@nhs.net

Clinical chairman for NHS East Berkshire CCG Doctor William Tong said: "We have a lot to be proud of in East Berkshire and this event is an opportunity for us to showcase some of our work which is helping to make a difference to the lives of many patients.

“I would encourage people to attend this meeting to understand how and where we are focusing our efforts on making a better and stronger NHS, as well as to meet our stakeholders in particular Primary Care Network Clinical Directors from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. The annual report is available to download from our website.

“I appreciate the timing of the meeting may not suit all due to work and other commitments. However, people can tweet us questions on the day itself, or send them in advance by emailing eastberksccg.enquiries@nhs.net ”
