JOBS have increased by 3 per cent in the last year despite the uncertainty of Brexit, data reveals.
Since this time last year, vacancies in Bracknell and the South East have been increasing according to new research from the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo).
The leading trade body representing the recruitment sector has analysed monthly hiring trends in the UK and shows the South East is the second top largest area for job opportunities in the UK.
The North West came first.
Rina Durban, membership relations manager at APSCo said: “Bracknell, and the wider South East region has always been a fantastic area for job opportunities.
"The region is bucking the UK’s trend of falling vacancies, despite Brexit being just around the corner.
"There are several sectors soaring in the South East, such as HR, which has seen demand increase by 22% and banking and insurance, rising by 13%.”
