CREATIVE students battled it out in a writing competition aimed at enhancing their literary skills and development.
The Rotary International in Britain and Ireland (RIBI) Young Writer competition sees students submit a story in relation to a theme.
The story 'My Inspiration' can be fiction, non-fiction, a story or a poem as long as it fits to the theme.
Winners of the local round of the competition received their Crystal awards from President Colin Corio at an assembly held at LVS in Ascot.
Laila Ahmed was winner of the senior age group, Keira Landew in the intermediate age group and Rosie Robertson won the junior age category.
All of the entrants received a certificate highlighting their achievements.
