A CHARITY is inviting parents and carers of autistic children in Bracknell to book free places at a series of autism training workshops.

Autism Berkshire are offering the workshops to provide advice for parents and carers whose children have a diagnosis of autism or are on the Berkshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service waiting list.

The charity helps and supports anyone living with autism in Berkshire through training and leisure activities.

Jane Stanford-Beale, chief executive officer at Autism Berkshire said: “These workshops are extremely popular with parents and carers wherever we run them throughout Berkshire, so we would advise people to book as soon as they can, to make sure they don’t miss out.”

The workshops will be held at the Open Learning Centre in Rectory Lane on May 2, May 16, June 13 and June 27.

Sessions will also be held in Slough and Windsor.
