Concern is growing for the safety of 41-year-old Ross Coleman, who has not been seen since Tuesday night. Ross was last seen at around 11pm on Tuesday in Herschel Park, Slough. His home address is in Woolwich in London but he is temporarily living in Datchet due to work. He has recently been a regular at the Red Cow pub in Albert Street, Slough. Investigating officer Inspector Craig Woolnough, based at Slough police station, said: “Ross has not been seen for two days now and it is possible after a night out that he got lost while walking home to his temporary address. “The park in question, Herschel Park, runs along the M4 motorway and there is a river and two large ponds, and so naturally we are concerned for his welfare." Ross is described as a white man, around 5ft 9ins tall and of medium build with a shaved head. He has short dark brown stubble and a scar approximately three inches in length on the left side of his head. He was last seen wearing a blue Super Dry jacket with multiple zips, dark grey jogging bottoms and blue or purple Nike trainers with a ‘galaxy effect’. His friends reported him missing to Thames Valley Police early on Wednesday. Inspector Woolnough said: “I am appealing for anyone who believes that they have seen Ross to contact police. “I believe he had been on a night out on Tuesday and as he is not local to Slough and only staying here temporarily through work, he may have become disorientated and got lost." If you believe you have seen him, or know of his whereabouts, contact Thames Valley Police’s 24-hour contact centre on 101, or in an emergency, call 999, quoting URN 712 (21/3).”
