HOUSE hunters are taking on new approaches to securing their dream home by buying a property before it has even been completed.

Off-plan homes, currently for sale at Osborne Gate in Jennett's Park, Bracknell is an encouraging way to get first-time buyers on the property ladder and see the value of their new home go up.

Housebuilder, Redrow, has implemented a technology system which brings future homes to life so buyers can see what they can expect, before it has been built.

Mark Vanson, sales and marketing director for Redrow Homes Southern Counties, said: "Buying off pan has so many benefits so now is a great time to speak to us about the homes on offer at Jennett's Park.

"With only two houses remaining in our initial release of homes, we will soon be launching our new collection of apartments, the first of which will be ready to move into, in Spring 2020.

"Talk to use now to make sure you receive priority notifications about the first release of apartments."

Buyers are given more options when purchasing an off-plan home, as they get the chance to have control over the fixtures and fittings of the property.

The choice and design of tiles, units, work tops, flooring can all be tailored to how the homeowner desires, which isn't a normal option when purchasing a home.

The housebuilder also stresses how buying off plan is the price at which the home is secured, which, is normally lower than when the home is nearing build completion.

They claim this means you're more likely to make money on the house before you've moved in.

The government backed help to buy scheme can help first-time buyers purchase their dream home.
