Closure orders have been issues for three properties in High Wycombe after reports of anti-social behaviour and “criminality”.

As part of a week of action to tackle county line drug dealing, three properties were issued with partial closure orders by Thames Valley Police, allowing only individuals listed on the order entry to the premises.

Anyone not named on the order will be arrested if found inside the property. It is a criminal offence to enter the property if not listed on the order and anyone doing so can be arrested.

Two of the properties are in West Wycombe Road and the other is in Gayhurst Road.

All three orders were granted by High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court and will expire on April 24.

Investigating officer PC Glynn McCarthy, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “I’m pleased that we have been able to respond so robustly to the reports of anti-social behaviour and criminality that we have received from the local community regarding these three properties.

“I am confident that these closure orders will result in a reduction in issues in these areas.

“I advise members of the public experiencing similar issues to report instances of anti-social behaviour by calling 101.”
