CORAL Reef Waterworld café has received recognition from the Buckinghamshire and Surrey trading standards for the service they provide.
The Waterworld in Bracknell has received The Eat Out Eat Well award, which assesses caterers who make it easier for the public to eat healthier.
Janet Lally, Everyone Active food and beverage manager, said: “We’re thrilled to have received this award.
“We’ve all been working hard to ensure that we provide healthier options for all of our customers and we will display our award with pride.”
The team at Coral Reef Waterworld have been given the silver standard award, after ensuring fat, salt and sugar ingredients are kept to a minimum.
Mark Tennant, Everyone Active contract manager, said: “We’re all really proud of the hard work that Janet and her team have been putting in to ensuring that our café is offering healthier food for our customers.
“We’re passionate about offering the local community not just more access to leisure facilities to get healthier but also food that will positively impact their health.”
