SLOUGH’S Children’s Services Trust has been rated ‘good’ by the Government inspectors from Ofsted.
The Trust is an independent not-for-profit company providing social care and support services to children, young people and families. It became operational three years ago and was established as a result of a direction from the Secretary of State to safeguard children and young people in Slough.
The inspectors, who visited the Trust between October 29 and November 2 reported a good working relationship between the trust and children’s social workers and foster carers which made sure that each child had a good start in their adoptive family.
