I DOUBT YOU’LL EVER SEE ANOTHER LIKE IT – noir by david cliff – I first saw this incredible home when I sold it to the current owners 21 years ago and it is now transformed and a TOTALLY different proposition, one home has effectively become two!

Now we wander through to my favourite room, the living room. The room itself is triple aspect so you can imagine the light that floods into here and if that isn’t enough you can simply wander out onto the huge balcony which is private enough to relax and large enough to entertain on.

So, there we have The Firs from an accommodation point of view and it really is a lovely home, forever home, family home and now we move outside.

The nice things here is that things are quite simple. There is a natural separation between the main house and the barn complex if you prefer it that way but it doesn’t have to be if you would like it to work more as one?

The gated block paved courtyard area is extensive with room to park and turn numerous vehicles. The gardens to the main house are all enclosed with some stunning views to the open paddocks beyond which is on a re-assignable lease with the owner of The Firs. The land owner is quite happy for skids to be used on the this land so horses can be worked here and if not the current owner has landed helicopters, walked their dogs and had some amazing parties!
