Patricia McCormack Passed away suddenly but peacefully on 10th September 2019, aged 72. Pat was the much loved Wife of David, loving Mum to Anne-Marie & Claire, best Nanny to Elsie and Mother in Law of Justin & Steve. Pat was a loving sister and friend to many. Funeral service to take place on Monday, 23rd September at 1.45pm, Reading Crematorium, South Chapel. No flowers but donations if desired to Alzheimer's UK or c/o COOP Funeral Care, School Rd , Tilehurst.
