Mark James Passed away peacefully on 3rd November 2018 at the Duchess of Kent Hospice aged 47 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Friday 23rd November at Reading Crematorium South Chapel at 1.00 pm. Donations if desired to Sue Ryder.
