The Keystone Pub, Guildford, has been running 'Emerging Music' nights in partnership with Guildford Fringe Festival for six months, and on September 26 some of the bands discovered will take to the stage for a special event at The Legion, Millbrook.
Nick Wyschna, director of Guildford Fringe Festival, said: “Guildford is full of artists that just need more opportunity to try new things out.
“The goal has always been to take the Emerging Music nights to other venues so the acts get to perform to different crowds and the event at The Legion is the first of many to come.”
Some of the bands confirmed include Bare Jams, Following Foxes, David Frost and Voodoo Stripe, and there will be up to 15 artists performing across two floors. The music will start at 8pm and it is free entry with 50% off drinks before 10pm.
