LAWRENCE Clarke was the pick of the impressive Windsor, Slough, Eton & Hounslow athletes at the British Universities and Colleges Indoor Track & Field Championships at Sheffield over the weekend.
He won the 60m hurdles in a personal best of 7.83 seconds as he continues to improve with every outing this winter.
Another much improved athlete, Vicky Fouhy, took silver in the 800m in 2.12.88.
There were two bronze medal awards in the triple jump - Michael Pupalumpa in the mens with 14.62m and Shakira Whight in the ladies with 12.03m.
