Meanwhile, defender Axel Andresson scored the opening goal for Iceland in a 3-2 defeat to Albania in an U21 Euro 2019 qualifier.
Jordan Holsgrove played three matches for Scotland U19s in a friendly Stevan Volitic Memorial Tournament in Serbia.
Scotland lost 3-1 to the hosts, drew 3-3 with Ukraine and 2-2 with Montenegro before losing 4-3 on penalties in a shootout.
