Athletics
Windor, Slough, Eton & Hounslow Athletics Club recently held their annual Alder Valley League Presentation Evening for athletes aged up to and including the under-17 age group.
In recognition of a successful 2008 track and field season, the event took place on Wednesday February 11, and top international track star Nicola Sanders was invited along to make the presentations.
Nicola has been a member of WSEH for over six years and won a silver medal over 400m at the 2007 World Championships.
In 2008 WSEH were the Alder Valley League Girls and Boys Champions, and were also National YAL Southern Premier League Champions and National Champions.
The awards were won in various categories including league records, season's best performances and team manager.
