HOLYPORT FC are suffering a goalkeeper crisis ahead of tonight's (Tuesday) visit of Shrivenham in the Hellenic Premier Division.

The Villagers got off to a flying start this season after beating Kidlington 8-3 in an 11-goal thriller during the opening round of fixtures.

After defeat in the FA Cup against Ardley United Derek Sweetman's team made it two from two in the league with a comfortable win at Reading Town earlier this month.

But Holyport welcome Shrivenham tonight (7:45pm kick-off) looking to bounce back to winning ways after a narrow 3-2 defeat at Thame United last weekend.

The Villagers, however, will be without keepers Carl Dennison with a broken ankle, Ashley Smith - who broke his wrist in the 4-2 loss at Ardley - and Kyle Bradley who suffered a broken foot while playing cricket on Sunday.

Sweetman may also be without in-form midfielder Lee Jerrum who suffered a suspected broken wrist following his goal against Reading.
